Rates Includes:
- Rates are inclusive of 10% Services Charge and 5% Government Tax.
- The above rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.
- Applicable for local and overseas market alike.
Terms And Conditions
- Extra bed is chargeable at RM 52.00 nett inclusive of one breakfast.
- Check-In time : 2.00 pm
- Check-Out time : 12.00 noon
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
- No extra charge for children below 12 years occupying same rooms with
parent and not utilizing extra bed.
- Confirmed rooms will be made available for occupancy after 1.30pm
on the day of arrival. Check-out times is also 12.00 noon. Rooms used
from 12.00 noon to 6pm on the day of departure( subject to availability)
will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
- Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request
- Reservation of rooms should be guaranteed with a valid credit card
or cash payment made into the hotel's bank account which shall be advised
at the confirmation stages.
- Reservations are to be quaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card,
or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited
into the Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation
Stages.
- A 72 hours notice is required for all cancellation, failing which
a one night charge of the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the
guest.
Cancellation Policy
Charges of the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to
the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 72 hours prior to
check-in date or in the events of NO SHOW.
