A. All rates quoted are based on-going promotional rates.

Q. Three adults will be staying, but your form only allows two. Is there an extra person option/charge?
A. Extra beds are available for third person with an additional of RM40.00 per bed. Subject to availability.

Q. Our children will be with us... do they stay free?
A. No extra charge for children under 12 years of age sharing their parent's room. Extra beds are available for third person with an additional of RM40.00 per bed. Subject to availability.

Q. Are rollaway beds/cribs available? Is there a charge?
A. Extra beds are available for third person with an additional of RM40.00 per bed. Subject to availability.

Q. Can I specify where I would like my room located (what floor, city view, hill view)?
A. You may specify on your request but it will subject to availability upon arrival.

Q. Are taxes included in the rate?
A. Yes.

Q. Is the room rate per person or per night?
A. Per night.

Q. Is breakfast included?
A. Yes.

Q. Are the rates quoted inclusive of service charge?
A. Yes.

Q. What are the check-in & checkout times for a room?
A. Check-in time is 2.00pm and check out time is at 12.00pm.

Q. How many person can sleep in a room?
A. The maximum of 3 persons with extra-bed.
